Sales Strategy Execution | Execute organization s sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for net new business in North America region. |
New Business Development | Proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities in the North America region. Establish and grow a robust pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and industry events Should have experience in opening new logos every qtr with an ARR of 2 Mn per logo from Tier 2, 3 Banks, Credit Unions and Community Banks |
Client Relationship Management | Maintain and expand relationships with the clients to drive additional revenue Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and delivery of value-added solutions. |
Revenue Growth: | Achieve and exceed quarterly, half-yearly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and success. |
Team Collaboration | Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team |
Market Analysis and Insights | Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to the North American leadership team to inform business strategy and decision-making |
Reporting and Forecasting | Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the North American leadership team. Utilize CRM tools and other technologies to track and manage sales activities and pipeline. |
Revenue Targets | Achieve or exceed quarterly, half-yearly and annual revenue goals |
New Account Acquisition | Number of new accounts opened per quarter. Revenue generated from new accounts. |
Existing Account Growth | Increase in revenue from existing accounts. Number of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities realized. |
Pipeline Development | Size and quality of the sales pipeline. Conversion rate of leads to closed deals. |
