Job Summary
As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a vital role in the talent acquisition process, responsible for sourcing candidates from different job boards, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback from hiring managers. You will contribute to the overall recruitment efforts by ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate searches and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings using various job boards, online platforms & professional networks.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to explore additional sourcing
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screens or video interviews to further evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles (including communication skills, Cultural fit etc…)
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating availability, and ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Gather feedback from hiring managers and interviewers after candidate interviews and document the candidate feedback, including strengths, weaknesses, and overall impressions of candidates' qualifications and fit.
