Inside Sales & Business Development Manager

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a leader, coach, mentor, and manager—someone who likes to lead by example, saying "do as I do," not "do as I say." We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker who loves to delve into the psychology of the client experience and sales process; someone who’s always analyzing and improving our processes for better results. This role also requires someone who is incredibly positive and persistent, working with both clients and team members to achieve their ideal outcomes and ensure our clients have the best possible experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • Magnetic Personality: Your charm shines through phone, email, texting, etc.
  • Proven Leadership: Successful track record in management and leadership roles, with a team-first focus.
  • Passion for Communication: A love for helping people and engaging with them through all forms of technology.
  • Self-Management: Ability to manage yourself and your time to operate at the highest level.
  • Tech Savvy: Highly capable of navigating CRM programs and other software.
  • Experience: Ideally, 2 years of progressive experience in phone or internet sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
