At Maverick Car Company, the customer experience is everything. Our Service Advisors are the front line of that experience—helping every guest feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk in to the moment they drive away.
We're looking for an experienced, people-first Service Advisor to join our team. Someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back—not just for great repairs, but because they feel genuinely taken care of.
This is a Monday–Friday role (no weekends!) working alongside a skilled and supportive service team in a growing retail department.
What You’ll Do:
Build trust and rapport with every customer
Guide guests through the service process with transparency and professionalism
Communicate clearly about diagnostics, timelines, and costs
Write accurate repair orders and set clear expectations
Keep customers informed and at ease throughout the process
Partner with our technicians and leadership team to deliver a seamless experience
Ensure every customer leaves feeling heard, helped, and appreciated
What We're Looking For:
3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role
Excellent communication and people skills—especially when things get stressful
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using service software and technology
A calm, proactive problem-solver who genuinely enjoys helping people
Team-first mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care
