Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the day to day of their assigned floor.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms.
- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned for arrival.
- Ensure all policies and procedures, including OSHA and Health Department Guidelines are being followed.
- Provide guidance and motivation to achieve optimal performance.
- Responsible for re-training team members on cleanliness concerns.
- Resolves guest complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.
- Completes reports and projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Works closely with other departments such as Front Desk, PBX, Reservations.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Housekeeping, experience in an Inspector/supervisor role at a high-occupancy resort.
- Knowledge of AAA.
- Passion for Guest Service, eye for creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficient

- The Inspector works on-site at the casino and interfaces with external/internal customers, Team Members, and vendors on a regular basis.
- The position’s work schedule varies and may include Saturday/Sunday and evening work depending on the needs of the operation.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and knowledge that includes:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Must be able to follow security policies and procedures and report all violations.
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Superior guest relation skills are necessary.
**$1,000 Sign on BONUS! $500 paid 90 days after date of hire; $500 paid 180 days after date of hire **Team member must be in good standing to qualify for Bonus Pay out (no documented performance in their employee file) **
