We are seeking a Janitor Supervisor to join our team at Maverick Concierge. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential and commercial properties, ensuring a pristine environment for all residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services from residents or management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
