Key Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, concrete work, demolition, and other general construction activities as directed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, carpenters, and other tradespeople, to meet project deadlines.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed.
• Identify and report potential hazards or issues on the job site.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in construction or a related field.
• Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30) are a plus but not required.
