Our client is seeking a highly responsible, mature, professional, organized and experienced Nanny /Executive Personal Family Assistant to provide elevated personal and family support to ensure the smooth operation of their Atlanta, GA residence. A busy family focused CEO, located in Atlanta, GA is looking for a “right hand” Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder and CEO.
The ideal candidate is drug-free at all times. This person must provide multiple references for their most recent professional work experiences.
The perfect fit would be a safe driver, organized, a great communicator, and kindhearted.
Requirements:
*Must have 3-4 solid childcare references that are able to be verified.
*Must be willing to submit to Drug Testing & Criminal background checks.
*Must have a driver's license and a good driving record.
*Must have a reliable vehicle for the position.
This is an in-person position 7 days bi-weekly. The CEO is looking for someone that is used to a fast-paced environment with every changing priorities. The ideal candidate has a vibrant dynamic personality that can anticipate needs and problem solve with very little intervention; someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Prior experience working in the healthcare space a PLUS but not required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years of private household experience.
- Confident with excellent communication skills.
- Positive energy and the ability to manage 10 year old, smart, inquisitive, funny, kind female.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- Up-to-date on standard vaccinations.
- Drug screening and NDA will be required upon offer of employment

General Responsibilities:
Provide high-level support managing personal, household and professional tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Manage two Gmail accounts on behalf of the family/business; triage emails and ghost-write responses for the CEO. Bring important information to their attention.
Oversee the household calendar, scheduling appointments, adding details for the children, link to apps for children’s sports.
Research, plan, and book family travel, seeking out interesting opportunities.
Digitally, track, organize, and manage household inventory.
Conduct research and manage special projects as requested.
Coordinate and oversee vendors
Handle sensitive information and run confidential errands with the utmost care and discretion.
Maintain an awareness of the family’s obligations to anticipate needs.
¨ Support the Founder and CEO as a “right hand gatekeeper”” with all day-to-day matters including managing an ever- changing calendar, personal and professional and prioritizing meetings
¨ Organize and manage domestic/international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
¨ Interact with internal and external stakeholders with grace and diplomacy
Prepare Founder for internal and client meetings including research to prepare for these meetings
Plan special events, dinners,
Expense reporting
Personal work; run errands
Ad hoc projects
Off hour availability via cell
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Childcare responsibilities:
Transport children to and from school, activities, medical appointments, etc.
Oversee good homework organization practices and support with technology platforms.
Occasionally accompany children to events, competitions and activities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant with experience supporting a high functioning executive, principal or family.
Exceptional organizational and tech skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
A self-starter who consistently executes at a high level.
Excellent email communication, consistently demonstrating polish and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and highly adaptable.
Trustworthy, reliable, discreet, able pivot with ease.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Proficient in technology (MAC and Google Suites), including navigating apps and troubleshooting household systems/devices.
Drug Free and able to pass background check
Week 1 Monday – Friday (5:00 am to 9:00 pm)
Week 2 Monday - Friday (9 am - 2 pm) and as needed.
Compensation:
Salary ($75K-90K) commensurate with experience.
