Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal link between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment. This role will include hiring, training, managing and creating company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and Staffing:
- Developing job descriptions, advertising job openings, and managing the hiring process.
- Interviewing candidates, assessing qualifications, and making hiring decisions.
· Employee Relations:
- Maintaining positive relationships between employees and management.
- Addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
· Performance Management:
- Implementing performance reviews, setting performance goals, and managing employee development programs.
- Offering feedback, providing coaching, and recommending disciplinary actions when necessary.
· Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs and organizing professional development programs.
- Ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Managing corporate policies and procedures.
· Compensation and Benefits:
- Managing salary structures, payroll, and employee benefits packages.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
· Compliance and Legal:
- Ensuring the company complies with labor laws, safety regulations, and employment standards.
- Staying informed about changes in employment legislation and implementing necessary changes.
· Workforce Planning:
- Analyzing organizational needs and planning for future staffing requirements.
- Assisting in workforce budgeting and managing staffing levels to meet business objectives.
· Health and Safety:
- Overseeing employee wellness programs, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.
- Implementing health and safety policies and responding to any workplace accidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a human resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and matin discretion.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
