">We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Mixologist to join our team at Maverick Gaming. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience with us.
">Responsibilities
">Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring bars are set up, cleaned, and stocked for each shift ">
- Taking beverage orders from customers and servers, and ensuring all drinks are rung in before preparation ">
- Following standard drink recipes, using proper glassware and portions ">
- Adhering to laws pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and dealing with guests ">
- Balancing cash at the end of each shift and following standard procedures ">
- Keeping bar areas clean and tidy at all times ">
- Upselling food and beverage to patrons ">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- Previous serving experience and knowledge of mixology ">
- A high school education or equivalent experience ">
- Six months of server experience preferred ">
- Prior money handling experience preferred ">
- The ability and willingness to work at both Central City and Black Hawk properties ">
- Flexibility to work any schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays ">
- TIPS Certification – We will train you ">
