The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and visitors.

WORKING CONDITIONS: This position typically works varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift 85 pounds; this position would require you to wear a uniform.
Supervision Received: Reports to the General Manager.
Salary Range: $36,000-40,000/Year

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Manager to oversee and manage all cleaning operations within our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to cleaning schedules.
- Hire, Fire, and complete corrective action on staff. Submit, adjust payroll in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of casino and hotel areas, mostly including floors, as well as cleaning equipment to ensure quality and safety.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule cleaning activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and equipment maintenance.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and technology.
