What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer position at Maverick Motorsports?
Maverick Motorsports of Missoula is in search of a highly motivated powersports enthusiast to assist customers in ensuring their machines are running at optimal levels through thorough inspections, setting appointments, educating customers on service intervals and assisting with parts upgrades/customizations on their units
Responsibilities include:
Writing repair orders, submitting warranty claims, ordering parts
Scheduling appointments
Knowledge of Service Manager Pro
Contacting Service Leads
Building relationships with customers, actively quoting labor, inspecting customer units, performing trade evaluations
Awareness of department goals, ability to pivot in a high octane environment
Knowledge of Tech Line, ability to work with insurance adjusters to process claims expeditiously
Complete required Manufacturer Service training
Provide back-up to the parts counter
Maintain a great attitude and share your passion for powersports with all customers!

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
