Key Responsibilities:
- Promotional Material Preparation: Assist in creating and organizing promotional materials for marketing events and campaigns
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Help ensure smooth event operations by assisting in both setup and breakdown of events
- Customer Engagement: Communicate clients’ charitable initiatives to customers, fostering positive relationships and driving brand awareness
- Marketing & Sales Strategies: Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales strategies to meet client goals
- Inventory Management: Assist with organizing merchandising materials and tracking inventory to ensure all items are available and ready for use
- Sales Tracking: Accurately record and monitor sales transactions, ensuring data integrity for reporting
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all participants
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Local Travel: Must be willing to travel locally within the East Bay area for events and promotions
- Passion for Community Impact: A genuine desire to contribute to charitable initiatives and amplify brands’ voices within the community
- Leadership & Teamwork: Natural leadership abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
