We provide comprehensive paid training, offering hands-on experience while contributing to campaigns that make a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about our partner organizations and campaigns.

  • Event Support: Assist with event setup, coordination, and day-of operations to ensure smooth execution and a positive experience for all participants.

  • Fundraising Promotion: Engage with attendees to raise awareness about fundraising efforts, encouraging donations and increasing campaign support.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all supporters.

  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of motivated individuals to meet and exceed event goals and performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position with paid training provided.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with event attendees, answer questions, and represent our partner nonprofits effectively.

  • Positive and Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and excited about interacting with the community.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Dependability & Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to team success.

  • Interest in Customer Service & Nonprofit Work: A passion for community involvement, fundraising, or event coordination is a plus.

  • Flexible Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
