Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Marketing / Promotional Events Associate, you will play an essential role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional campaigns designed to elevate our clients' brand visibility. You’ll gain valuable experience in marketing, promotions, and customer engagement while working alongside a collaborative and energetic team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Assist with planning, setting up, and executing events to promote clients' brands, products, and services.
• Brand Promotion: Engage directly with attendees to promote brand awareness, share product information, and create positive brand experiences.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service at events, build relationships with potential clients, and increase brand loyalty.
• Promotional Campaigns: Help develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, in-person events, and other promotional avenues.
• Market Research: Gather valuable customer feedback and insights during events to inform future marketing strategies and campaign improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event execution and achieve overall team goals.
• Administrative Support: Assist in managing schedules, promotional materials, and event logistics to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Work Authorization: Must have full work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

Salary : $35,000 - $55,000
