Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development & Growth: Assist in the development and execution of assigned marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Customer Interaction & Engagement: Manage the needs of external customers, providing exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
• Sales & Brand Recognition: Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns and create brand awareness through local events and experiential marketing.
• Leadership Development: Gain valuable experience and develop leadership skills while taking on increasing responsibilities within the marketing department.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making: Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot challenges, and make informed decisions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends for special events.
