Senior Cloud Solutions Architect – Team Lead
Fulltime Hybrid role in Boston, MA

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or associated field.
• 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of five years dedicated to managing
cloud environments.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in cloud architecture and management.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Git, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Preferred certifications in AWS or GCP. (Azure is nice-to-have)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Led a team of cloud engineers across US and Offshore locations for cloud operations, supporting 24/7/365 shift coverage operations for our clients’ Google and Amazon cloud infrastructure.
• Architect, build, and maintain systems on AWS/GCP, providing design, product
guidance, and implementation support.
• Engage with senior leadership to provide updates on project status, initiatives,
and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to Cloud Operations, connectivity, and architecture, interacting with various stakeholders.
• Integrate AWS/GCP services with enterprise tooling to enable monitoring, alerting, and retention of critical event information.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation to ensure clear understanding and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans for onboarding, implementation, and cloud migration activities.
• Lead client migrations from on-premises systems to the cloud, ensuring
seamless transitions.
• Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure components such as VMs, Containers, networking, security services, and databases using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor cloud operations, including security,y using cloud-native tools and
develop solutions to integrate third-party monitoring platforms when necessary.
• Implement cost optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
• Ensure implementation of security practices per company security policies and
industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Security & IT systems engineering teams to manage vulnerabilities effectively.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop workflows and automate cloud deployments to streamline processes.
• Provide client support and recommendations based on client needs, demonstrating strong client management skills.
