Canvassing Team Lead - SALARY- PLUS BONUSES!!

Maverick Windows is hiring a Canvass Manager over the next few weeks. The position will be filled by a driven, ambitious individual who is self-motivated to create a solid financial foundation and long term career for themselves.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of 4-6 canvassers.
• Recruit, hire and train a team that gets results
• Coach, develop, demonstrate and motivate each canvasser
• Oversee all aspects of the canvassing lead generator
• Lead by example exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
• Mapping, permits, payroll and other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 2 years sales or marketing
• 2 years team management and team building experience
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Professional, clean and appearance
• Must show leadership to the overall success of the team
• Able to meet and exceed performance metrics
• Must pass pre-employment background check
