Able to coordinate in an organized manner all construction activities from the clearing of property to the completion and turnover of multiple home sites. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent.
- Preference for candidates local to Western Colorado.
- Valid Driver’s License (Required).

Job Description/Expectations:
- Maintain work area to be clean, organized, and safe.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner that represents a positive image of Maves Construction.
- Must attend work as established by employer without excessive absenteeism.
- Responsible to provide updated scheduling information on our build program.
- Schedule all construction activities in the appropriate sequence of events to ensure maximum efficiency and cost control.
- Meet with all Subcontractors in the performance of their job activities to ensure that the proper quality and selections are being completed in all the homes.
- Check the selections that are assigned to their jobs to make sure that there are to minimize errors throughout the build process.
- Guarantee all job sites are kept clean and that all safety standards are enforced.
- Ordering, receiving, stock for specific house builds assigned to Superintendents.
- Ensure that all building inspections are carried out and that homes have proper addressing and permit boards posted.
- Lock up all homes at the end of each workday.
- Attend a weekly production meeting to track home progress and to discuss all outstanding issues.
- Actively communicating and collaborating with the project manager on a day-to-day basis to ensure all tasks are aligned with the project plan, deadlines are met, and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Any other duties or tasks as assigned, based on business needs and the supervisor(s) request.
Knowledge / Skills / Expertise:
- Communication proficiency, organizational skills, mathematical skills, thoroughness, time management.
- Read, write, and communicate clearly in English, bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to carry out work or lead in absence of supervisor.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application (Outlook, Excel, Word, BuilderTrend, etc.).
- Positive attitude.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good customer service skills.
Environmental Conditions and Work Environment:
- Overtime or working long hours between breaks and/or meals and occasional weekend or evening work may be expected.
- While performing the duties of this job, employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
- The noise level in the work environment can be high for extended periods of time, ear protection is company provided.
- May have to manage several projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of clients and co-workers.
- May find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
