Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Turquality & Accounting Coordinator to manage and oversee the Turquality certification process, related strategic brand development initiatives, and financial reporting. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Turquality program requirements, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and supporting accounting functions to optimize financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation related to Turquality incentives and funding.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align accounting procedures with Turquality program requirements.
- Manage the Turquality program application and certification processes, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Coordinate between various internal departments (finance, marketing, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (consultants, government agencies, auditors) to ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor and assess the company's eligibility and performance within the Turquality program, preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Turquality regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure continuous compliance and optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management regarding Turquality-related initiatives and outcomes.
- Support the accounting department in financial reporting and month-end processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance,
- 2 years of experience in accounting, and/or Turquality program,
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, brand positioning, and financial reporting. Experience with Turquality certification processes is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant accounting/project management tools.
- Fluency in Turkish
