Overview
Mavin Superintendents partner with a designated Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise new construction and remodeling of existing buildings. They lead and oversee subcontractors, foreman and craft workers during the construction phases for designated projects to ensure that corporate, client and project goals are accomplished on time and within budget parameters. Mavin Superintendents lead project teams onsite to ensure that jobs maintain the highest levels of safety, security and quality resulting in satisfied employees, subcontractors and clients.

Requirements :
Minimum of 5-7 years construction experience with at least 2 years as an Assistant Superintendent.Robust Knowledge of all phases of building construction, including work commonly done by subcontractorsAbility to read blueprints and specifications and perform advanced layout including but not limited to building layout.Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skillsMust be a licensed driver with reliable transportation to and from job sitesAbility to effectively schedule and coordinate projectsGeneral knowledge and ability to use small toolsBasic Knowledge of Different Contract TypesOSHA 30 CertificationSalaried PositionPhysical Requirements

Maintain a safe culture and job site

Open site and kick off workday with a daily plan
