Specifically, looking for somebody who is very well practiced with mainframe technologies by mainframe technologies, means cobalt programming CISDB 2. need good solid experience on the mainframe side.
Need full stack app development experience, core Java development, Micro Services, JavaScript front end with React, Angular. but somebody who's demonstrated that they can operate both on the mainframe side.

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may :
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications :
5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Mainframe (Required) :
5 plus years of COBOL experience5 plus year of CICS experience5 plus years of DB2 experience and related tools (BMC, Platinum, SPUFI, etc.)5 plus years of JCL (Job Control Language) experience5 plus years of IBM mainframe experience5 plus years of systems analysis experience, applications programming experience or combination of both5 plus years of experience in File-Aid, IBM Debug, IBM Fault Analyzer, SORT3 plus years of experience in Job Schedule Management tools (ZEKE, Control-M, etc.)3 plus years Change Management tools (Changeman, Endevor, etc.)2 plus years of experience with SDLC, Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodologyDistributed (Strongly desired) :
