Job Title: OnBase System Administrator
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Remote)
Duration: 12months
Job Description;
- Analyze server performance to identify resource contention and recommend changes or upgrades as needed to ensure optimization.
- Perform Active Directory management activities.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and systems documentation.
- Inventory, document, install, and maintain OnBase applications on servers and assist users with access.
- Research and recommend appropriate technical solutions to meet functional requirements.
- Provide recommendations for possible process improvements within the OnBase team.
- Create schedules for the development and implementation of OnBase systems.
- Develop system test plans to ensure OnBase software meets design criteria. and
- Perform additional Systems Administrator tasks as required by the Department.
Required Experience:
- Excellent English-speaking and presentation skills.
- Five (5) or more years of IT experience.
- Three (3) or more years of Hyland OnBase software experience.
- Experience in the configuration and administration of Content Management system(s).
- Experience working in a virtual server environment.
- Three (3) or more years of experience as an OnBase System Administrator.
- Working experience with three or more key OnBase modules.
- Two (2) or more years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) queries.
Preferred Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of experience administering Active Directory Domain Services.
- Experience with administering Windows servers.
- Certification in any of the following: OnBase Systems Administrator certification, Hyland OnBase Advanced Systems Administration certification
Hyland OnBase WorkFlow Administrator Professional certification, or Hyland OnBase WorkView Administrator Professional certification.
- Proficient in the configuration and administration of Hyland OnBase software and modules.
- Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings.
- Experience with servers and systems utilized in a criminal justice environment.
- Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment.
- Knowledge of integrating OnBase with other enterprise systems and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in OnBase customizations, such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), C#, or JavaScript.
