Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team of experienced technicians. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and performing a wide range of automotive services on customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems to determine the necessary repairs
- Perform a variety of undercar repairs, including brakes, struts and shocks
- Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires
- Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- State inspection license(s) preferred
- ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5) preferred
