We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management, with strong expertise in Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Costing, and Landed Cost. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly within supply chain modules, complemented by a good understanding of AP, AR, and GL modules. The role requires basic SQL proficiency for data troubleshooting and analysis. Experience with customizations, creating and testing custom processes for efficiency, and collaboration with the development team, performing DevOps tasks, and maintaining system health are critical aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional expertise and support for Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing primarily on Supply Chain Management, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Costing, and Landed Cost.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of solutions.
- Perform system configuration and actively participate in testing enhancements and new functionalities.
- Develop, test, and validate custom processes and customizations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive regression testing to ensure system stability and integrity.
- Perform version upgrade testing to maintain compatibility and functionality with updated system versions.
- Utilize basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Execute DevOps tasks and assist with ongoing system maintenance and health checks.
- Support day-to-day operational issues, providing clear guidance and resolution to business users.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation, including functional requirements, test cases, user guides, and training materials.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain and financial modules.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics Functional Consultant, specifically in supply chain areas
- Basic proficiency with SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and system analysis.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for task management, deployment, and system maintenance activities.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and working effectively in a dynamic environment.
