At MaviTech Professional Services LLC, we are looking for a skilled Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing world-class mechanical designs for current and forthcoming products.
We require someone who is a US citizen or a green card holder to lead this project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality machine designs and detailed prints that comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle and ensure it is up-to-date.
- Provide technical support throughout all project phases, including customer liaison.
- Estimate workload accurately and manage project timelines and financial targets effectively.
- Oversee procurement activities and manage the bill of materials.
- Act as a technical expert, providing support to the sales and service teams as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering, machine design, or a related domain.
- Experience using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Familiarity with machine fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- High attention to detail and ownership of work.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and a great team player.
