The Dallas Mavericks are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Content Distribution Manager to oversee the organization, formatting, and distribution of video content across MavsTV, and the Mavericks’ digital, communications and social media platforms. This role will play a critical part in ensuring content aligns with platform-specific requirements, maintaining workflows, and coordinating efforts across departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function as well as the following :
Content Organization & Communication
- Develop and maintain a master content document to track all active and scheduled video projects.
- Serve as the central point of communication across the broadcast team, communications, digital, and social media departments to inform them of ongoing and upcoming content production.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with the content needs of each channel, including MavsTV, social platforms, mobile apps, and sponsored content segments.
- Ensure that all content is formatted appropriately for each platform, including length, resolution, and platform-specific elements.

Game Distribution Center (GDC) Operations
Platform-Specific Content Preparation
Team Collaboration & Workflow Management
