The Role

This is not your typical SaaS CSM role. We are specifically looking for a Customer Success Manager who understands the financial and operational challenges of managing cloud infrastructure and controlling AI spend.

If you have built strong partnerships with customers around FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud governance, or hybrid cloud operations — this role is for you. Candidates without direct experience in these areas will not be considered.

As a CSM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Mavvrik’s customers, helping them achieve clarity, control, and precision in managing cloud and AI environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own the customer journey — onboarding, adoption, value achievement, renewal, and expansion
  • Build trusted relationships with technical, financial, and executive stakeholders
  • Provide practical guidance on cloud cost management, governance, financial precision, and resource efficiency across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Lead customer business reviews focused on outcomes, maturity, and opportunities for improvement
  • Help customers drive financial accountability within engineering, finance, and operations teams
  • Identify risks and proactively solve challenges to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Advocate internally for your customers’ needs with Product, Engineering, and Sales

Required Qualifications

Applicants without cloud infrastructure, FinOps, or cloud governance experience will not be considered.

  • 4 - 7 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles within SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or FinOps organizations
  • Direct experience supporting FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud infrastructure, or hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); experience with on-premises technologies such as VMware and Kubernetes is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of cloud cost governance, hybrid & multi-cloud environments, and FinOps Foundation frameworks
  • Ability to communicate technical and financial topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven success building lasting relationships across engineering, finance, and executive leadership
  • Preferred certifications: FinOps Certified Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Certified
