The Role

This is not your typical SaaS CSM role. We are specifically looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who understands the financial and operational challenges of managing cloud infrastructure.

If you have built strong partnerships with customers around FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud governance, or hybrid cloud operations — this role is for you. Candidates without direct experience in these areas will not be considered.

As a Sr. CSM, you will be the trusted advisor to some of Mavvrik’s most strategic customers, ensuring they achieve clarity, control, and precision in managing cloud and AI environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own the customer journey — onboarding, adoption, value achievement,renewal, and expansion
  • Build trusted relationships with technical, financial, and executive stakeholders
  • Provide practical guidance on cloud cost management, governance, financial precision, and resource efficiency across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Lead customer business reviews focused on outcomes, maturity, and opportunities for improvement
  • Help customers drive financial accountability within engineering, finance, and operations teams
  • Identify risks and proactively solve challenges to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Advocate internally for your customers’ needs with Product, Engineering, and Sales

Required Qualifications

Applicants without cloud infrastructure, FinOps, or cloud governance experience will not be considered.

  • 7–10 years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles within SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or FinOps organizations
  • Direct experience supporting FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud infrastructure, or hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud cost governance, hybrid & multi-cloud environments, and FinOps Foundationframeworks
  • Ability to communicate technical and financial topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience influencing and advising stakeholders across engineering, finance, and executive teams
  • Proven success building lasting relationships across engineering, finance, and executive leadership
  • Preferred certifications: FinOps Certified Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Certified
