Why This Role Matters :
We're seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our team full time.
If you're a closer with a background in small business consulting, e-commerce, digital marketing, and more, we want you on our team. You'll be responsible for guiding inbound client leads through the discovery process and matching them with the perfect program to maximize their results.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- NO COLD CALLING! Approx 100 outbound calls per day to leads who have completed an application but not yet booked a call to get started with our program.
- Conduct 6-8 Zoom consultations per day, helping clients make informed decisions to advance their businesses.
- Work closely with our Head of Sales to exceed consultation quality standards and achieve sales goals.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve lead management and client engagement.
