We are in the fortunate position of growing substantially this year and are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations and help keep our supply chain running smoothly.

  • Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field. Retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and inventory as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What You'll Do:

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting production, fulfillment, and restocking operations. This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Pull items for production as needed, ensuring the right products are available for manufacturing.
  • Manage restocking processes by pulling and replenishing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Pick and pack web orders efficiently to ensure timely and accurate customer shipments.
  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for accuracy and quality, and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, optimizing storage for efficiency.
  • Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and warehouse logistics.
