We are in the fortunate position of growing substantially this year and are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory operations and help keep our supply chain running smoothly.

- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field. Retail experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and inventory as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What You'll Do:
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting production, fulfillment, and restocking operations. This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach to inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Pull items for production as needed, ensuring the right products are available for manufacturing.
- Manage restocking processes by pulling and replenishing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Pick and pack web orders efficiently to ensure timely and accurate customer shipments.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for accuracy and quality, and update inventory records accordingly.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, optimizing storage for efficiency.
- Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management and warehouse logistics.
