Responsibilities
- Create customer connections through daily interaction via phone and email
- Present persuasive presentations to both new and current customers
- Provide an overall excellent customer experience from first contact, to order completion and delivery
- Overcome competitive sales objections and positively position products against competition
- Possess a working knowledge multiple decoration method
- Process quotes through the internal CRM in a timely fashion
- Regularly maintain and update internal data systems
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline customer order process and experience
- Provide an accurate and positive representation of to all customers by adhering to all company procedures and policies, and reflecting the values inherent to our culture
- Implement sales strategies to achieve personal and company goals
Required
- Proven sales experience, proficiency in conversational sales techniques and dynamics
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills

- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Competency in Google Docs and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Salary
- Annually: $50,000-$100,000 a year, which includes base salary, commissions and bonuses.
