Overview
Max Built Trailers is seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized lot. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and working outside, this role is perfect for you.
Duties
- Organize and maintain the dealership lot to ensure trailers are displayed neatly
- Assist with trailer inventory management, including moving trailers to designated areas
- Operate a forklift and tractor to unstack trailers and move them to designated areas on lot
- Transport trailers to various locations on the lot for customer pick-ups
- Change lights, hubs, fix wiring, or any other issues with trailers
- Support the sales team by ensuring trailers are ready for incoming customers
- Pressure wash trailers to ensure trailers are clean and ready for incoming customers
Experience
- Previous forklift experience is mandatory and required for this position
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and work together
- Experience on basic trailer mechanics and maintenance is a plus
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more is a requirement
- Good work ethic and having experience with a tractor and pulling trailers is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
