Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and accurately record their vehicle information and service needs
• Consult with customers to determine their automotive service/repair needs and provide recommendations based on technician diagnosis
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status and any additional services needed
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Keep customers informed of any delays, changes, or additional services needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting customer retention and satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service completion
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Meet and exceed service advisor sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Keep up-to-date on all dealership promotions, service offerings, and manufacturer updates
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient with computers and technology, previous experience with automotive service software a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
