What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Installer position at Max's Services?
Max's Services is a rapidly growing luxury appliance installation company, in strong growth in the states of Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and with projection to the entire southern United States. The growth of this operation requires capable individuals who are hungry for growth in their professional careers. The Installation Assistant is a position to assist installers in all phases of projects, with a projection to specialize and grow with the company.
Responsibilities and duties
- Loading and unloading trucks with appliances and equipment to be installed
- Maintaining cleanliness on the truck and on the job site
- Install appliances assisted by the lead installer or on their own, with Level 3 specialization and Level 4 basic knowledge
- Assist in pre- and post-service inspections at worksites
- Comply with all company protocols: Security, Installation, Operations, Customer Interaction and Situation Management
- Possess your basic installation tools
- Assist in all requirements of Lead Installers and Supervisors on projects
Qualifications/Skills
- Basic Electrical & Plumbing Skills
- Tooling Knowledge
- Hunger to learn and grow
- Good physical health
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
- English (Required)
