Job Overview
4 days a week - flexible on days, Mt Druitt and surrounding area.
Introduction
As an NDIS Consultant, your key role will be to support customers in achieving their goals in the Mt Druitt area.
You will manage the intake and delivery of an integrated disability service aimed at providing support to individuals with permanent disabilities, promoting independence in the community and at work.
The Opportunity
- Apply knowledge of the NDIS and its core principles.
- Work with individuals with diverse permanent disabilities.
- Develop efficient strategies for engaging participants, leading to positive outcomes.
- Support individuals with permanent disabilities in accessing and maintaining employment, including on-the-job provisions.
About You
- High level of interpersonal communication and sales skills.
- Empathetic approach and ability to build trust and rapport.
- Experience in Disability Services or equivalent qualifications.
- Flexible, outcome-focused, and possess a can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Current driver's license.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and ability to obtain a police check (to be arranged through MAX).
- Hold a current NDIS clearance.
