We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounting Representative.
What You'll Do:
The Accounting Representative will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices received by the Finance Team.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Monitor the Accounts Payable (AP) inbox and respond to questions
- Process AP invoices
- Complete applications and information requests sent to Finance
- Review Finance mail for processing
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure account information is accurate
- Assist Senior Accountants with data requests
- Assist CFO and Controller, as necessary
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent training
- 1-3 years of previous Accounts Payable processing experience
- Basic entry-level accounting knowledge required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-starter
- Experience using Sage Intacct and Bill.com preferred
- Effective critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- Must be detail-oriented and thorough with excellent organizational skills
