Pre-Surgical Preparation: Ensure the treatment room is clean, organized, and equipped with necessary instruments and supplies. Assisting with Oral Surgery Procedures: Prepare patients for oral surgery, explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns they may have. Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures, anticipating their needs and providing the necessary instruments and materials. Maintain a sterile environment during surgery, following strict infection control protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort level during surgery, ensuring their well-being at all times.
Patient Support and Education: Provide post-operative care instructions to patients, including oral hygiene practices, medication administration, and dietary restrictions. Answer patients' questions and concerns, offering reassurance and empathy throughout their treatment process. Educate patients about oral health, prevention methods, and the importance of regular dental visits.
