Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a variety of marketing functions, including marketing operations, sales enablement, content planning, and internal recognition programs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about marketing strategy and execution in a collaborative team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience and build a strong foundation in marketing.

Essential Functions

Marketing Operations Support

• Assist in updating website content and performing data entry for marketing platforms and tools
• Assist with HubSpot data clean-up to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain digital file structures and content libraries for improved team accessibility
• Support social media content planning and posting, including long-term calendar development for all applicator accounts
• Collaborate on content creation for marketing materials (graphics, copywriting, etc.)
• Help scrub and maintain branded social content across platforms
• Assist in developing brand-aligned social media and visual guidelines
• Develops formalized reporting on social media performance and campaign metrics
  
  

Sales Enablement & Vendor Coordination

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales enablement assets and materials
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to manage timelines and deliverables
• Support technical documentation needs including warranties, product specifications, and formatting
• Ensure quality control and consistency across technical and sales support materials
  
  

Employee Recognition Support

• Fulfill employee gift and recognition item orders
• Maintain inventory and assist with tracking recognition fulfillment
  
  

Training & Administrative Support

• Provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external training programs
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notes
• Assist the marketing team with general administrative tasks as needed
  
  

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals
