We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately for delivery. The Packager will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Package products according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, to move products as needed.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with delivery drivers or other personnel.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with experience driving commercial vehicles, including vans.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality control.
