Requirements
- Advanced degree in relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
- Substantial experience (6 years) applying machine learning techniques in commercial environments
- Proven leadership background managing technical professionals and development cycles
- Practical expertise implementing and optimizing language model technologies
- Knowledge of modern AI frameworks, vector databases, and information retrieval systems
- Experience transitioning AI research into production-ready applications
- Programming proficiency with current technology stack and cloud-native environments
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative, high-performance technical teams
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Experience deploying trained LLMs to production
