Our team is looking to add an Operations Support Strategist to support a well-established customer that works on a critical and high-visibility mission. Previous experience working on-site to support the DoD and the intelligence community is highly desirable.

We're supporting a customer who has a fast-paced and exciting mission within the intelligence community. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, understands the operational tempo and goals. The right person will have experience working on technical collections, such as MASINT, within the IC. Possible tasks include coordinating cables, providing real-time information for multitude of packages, supporting the missions top ranking Chiefs, and coordinating all monitoring reports and assessments for wider distribution.

Day-to-Day With Your Colleagues
- You will sit on-site, alongside the customer, helping to support and manage their projects.
- You will keep the technical operations branches on track and running smoothly!
- You will organize and coordinate mission critical tasks for the branch such as cables, operational reporting, and logistics tracking.
- You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the DOD/IC community.
- You will provide briefings to senior government officials via written reports and oral presentations.
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years’ experience in the DOD / IC.
- 3 year’s experience coordinating and planning operations or targeting experience.
- 3 year’s experience working in MASINT or other technical collection.
- 2 year’s experience building and maintaining SharePoint applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.
- Experience using GCOMS.
- Experience using PROTON, TAC and other IC tools.

- The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $96,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually.
