Duties And Responsibilities
Facilitate accurate, timely, and efficient global reporting. Centrally manage activities where appropriate, such as the global financial audit, global consolidations, OneStream administration, cash generation (CGU), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist the Manager of Global Controllership to achieve the following:
- Develop Global Controllership Strategy
- Achieve global controllership targets per Global Controllership Strategy
- Lead global Financial Statement audit process
- Continuously improve Global Controllership processes
- Coordinate tax compliance with ownership group’s tax area
- Drive CGU through forecasting and reporting
- Complete OneStream consolidations, reporting and administration
- Manage policies for consistent accounting and reporting
- Report variety of financial request to ownership group on monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc basis
- Conduct special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Public Accounting, 5 Years in Manufacturing Accounting
- Minimum 3 years Financial Audit or Tax experience
- Technical knowledge of US GAAP
- Knowledge of enterprise financial management platforms such as OneStream, HFM or Prophix
- Proficiency in office suite of applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, communication, and continous improvement
- Ability to travel domestically (estimated semiannually)
- CPA preferred
