Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market share for our seafood and meat products.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and industry changes to inform sales approaches and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, coach, and manage a national sales team to drive results and ensure high performance and continuous growth.
