MaxFit Market in Salinas, CA is looking for driven sales associates to join our growing team. We are located in Salinas, CA. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
- Directs customers by escorting them to our products.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Operates equipment and serves products in the smoothie bar area, this includes preparing drinks and smoothies.
- Ensures displays are appealing by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well-stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring freshness and quality of products.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
- Use judgment to solve customer problems
- Maintains scheduling commitments
- Will be required to get a food handler certification.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal skills
- Able to problem solve as issues arise
- Preferred knowledge of sport supplements
- ServSafe Certified recommended
