- Supervise and manage field operations
-Prepare/inventory rigs for days work prior to leaving the shop in the morning
-Fleet management
-Material management/inventory
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities
```Experience```
**CLEAN DRIVERS LISENCE REQUIRED**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision or related field with 1 year gutter experience prefered
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
-Proficient with use of light gauge metal and break
-Know basic framing [eave construction]
-Must be comfortable with heights
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
