What are the responsibilities and job description for the Max Home Field Production Supervisor Tallahassee, FL position at MaxHome?
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Production Manager manages, coordinates, and overseas production and field installation in the territories covered by MaxHome in their respective market/ territory.
GENERAL DUTIES AND PROFIENCIES: Provided below is a list of specific tasks performed by the Production Manager:
Coordination of Production Management -45%
Oversees, manages, coaches and coordinates training for all Production employees and Subcontractors to ensure quality work and timely completion on all jobs.- Works with Warehouse attendant to ensure proper stock levels for job installs.
- Review and direct the post install service program with the production coordination team.
- Coordinate and oversee proper permitting process as needed for installation of products
- Ensure quality control of all MaxHome products and installations to make and keep our customers happy.
- Train and monitor the presentation with installers in the field and in roll play session.
- Measure jobs as required for accurate ordering and installation.
Customer Service – 40%
Handle any questions or problems with salesmen to ensure jobs are built according to the specifications promised to customers- Maintain active notes with Lead Perfection on any conversations between customers and company so that everything is recorded.
- Work directly with Sales Manager to maintain daily updates and resolutions of “hold problem management” jobs with Lead Perfection
- Complete the Manager call process with each installer.
- Complete required job site visits daily with approved recording form.
Administration – 15%
- Maintain up to date and proper records for all job repairs using Lead Perfection and the job folder to document any additional work/ changes to jobs
- Consult with Operations Manager and generate weekly reports to track progress and projections for monthly goals
- Document and ensure up to date SOPs for installs so that all employees and subcontractors operate within the most current guidelines, including LSWP.
- Ensure safety programs are being followed and oversee monthly safety meetings while apprising Operations Manager on any concerns or issues in order to avoid injuries and loss of employee work time
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Production Manager time will be split 85% in the field and 15% in an office setting; however, s/he may be required to leave office to meet with customers and/or employees. Travel will be required 40% of the time.
