Responsibilities :
- Welcome and engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs when it comes to RVs.
- Provide comprehensive information on various RV models, features, pricing, and financing choices.
- Conduct thorough walkthroughs and demonstrations of RVs to highlight their capabilities.
- Develop a profound knowledge of our RV inventory.
- Educate customers on the advantages and features of different RV models.
- Aid customers in selecting RV accessories to enhance their camping experience.
- Maintain communication with potential customers to build relationships and secure sales.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and sales using our CRM system.
- Assist in upkeeping the dealership's appearance to ensure a neat and organized RV lot.
- While not mandatory, having a laptop or tablet is highly preferred to boost efficiency in certain job aspects.
