We are seeking a Doctor of Medicine (MD) to work at one of our partner facilities. Maxim Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Medicine provider that has flexibility and being able to cope with a constant varying workload in a fast paced environment; able to work effectively with nursing & physician staff in a professional manner; excellent communication skills and the ability to explain choices to patients & their families, as well as the capability to work under pressure while making quick, accurate decisions independently.Seeking a provider that has experience working in a very busy, small community hospital. New grads would NOT be a good fit for this assignment. The selected locum provider will be covering at Austin / Albert Lea (22 miles apart), as well as Owatonna and Red Wing.ABEM; MUST BE EMERGENCY MEDICINE RESIDENCY TRAINED20-25; 1.5-2 patients per hour; 18,000 ED visits per year Schedule : 7 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 00 p.m.; 11 : 00 a.m. - 11 : 00 p.m. 7 : 00 p.m. - 7 : 00 a.m.If you are interested please contact me at or .
