Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in adult gerontology, telemetry, and ventilator management to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and prioritize patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive skilled nursing care, including thorough assessments and evaluations of patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LPN/RN in the state of Virginia is mandatory.
- 1 year of experience in adult gerontology, telemetry, and ventilator management is required.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and nights, is essential.
